How long is Find & Seq?
Find and Seq consists of a briefing session (usually 20 minutes), and then 90 - 120 minutes for the activity itself. Clients usually offer a post-activity reception as well, where groups can eat, drink, catch up and trade stories. Altogether a four-hour block is usually a safe bet for the entire activity.
Is Find & Seq content customizable?
Yes! We have an extensive database that offers a fantastic mix and balance of content. However if you have specific locations, items, or company details that you want to incorporate we are happy to work with you to do that.
Does your team plan and oversee the Find & Seq activity, or do you just provide us with the app and we run the program by ourselves?
The Find & Seq team is intricately involved in the program, from content development, to pre-planning logistics, to flawless execution. We can also assist in sourcing and managing the pre/post activity venue as well.
Do you provide a meeting location for pre and post activity?
There is no preset location for the activity but we are more than happy to assist you in selecting a convenient and cost-efficient location. Also an office conference room is usually sufficient if it's an option.
Does the Find & Seq experience take place in a particular neighborhood?
Find & Seq is based in midtown but other neighborhoods are currently under development. Contact us for details!
Are the photos and videos taken by teams able to be shared?
Yes! At the end of the activity we are able to create a slideshow that features a compilation of the day's photos and videos so that teams can share in each other's experiences.
Do you coordinate prizes as well?
Prizes are not included, but we are happy to secure them and coordinate for you.
Is there a minimum / maximum number of teams? What about people per team?
We suggest a minimum of four teams for Find & Seq, and the more the merrier! In terms of team sizes, we suggest anywhere from 4 – 8, depending on the overall size of your group.

The Find & Seq app looks cool, but we are not techies. Is this for us?
One of the great features of the app is its incredibly easy interface. When we brief the group on the activity we demo the app and its features, and our staff is always available should any questions arise.
I like the idea of using an iPad, but does the digital element lessen the focus on interactivity and team building?
Absolutely not. The Find & Seq app has a number of special features. It's easy to use, it's environmentally friendly, and it helps make for an incredibly fun and seamless experience. But the true value of Find & Seq is the activity itself. It's the challenges and the experiences. It's the journey that each team takes, and the lasting memories they create (documented through photos and videos). The app is just a tool to enhance the activity, but it is not the activity itself.
